HPA hosts a human capital breakfast briefing on Wed 10th February near Tower Hill, London, with two morning sessions to choose from (8:45am and 11.00am start). Dr Michael Reddy will be facilitating two-way exchange around key themes throughout the morning, with three workstreams to choose from:

Diagnostics -  Measuring both sides of the human asset coin
Value Creation - Predictively identifying how the development and management of people impacts on the bottom line, hosted by Laurie Bassi of McBassi & Company
Conflict Assessment & Resolution - How and when to use mediation and investigations in an organisation

Agenda

8.15am and 10.45am - Arrival; Continental breakfast & tea/coffee
8.45am and 11.00am - Welcome address - Dr Michael Reddy, Founder, HPA
9.00am and 11.15am - Introductions to the four workstreams
9.15am and 11.30am - Discussion groups - refreshments available throughout
10.00am and 12.15pm - Tea/coffee break (10 mins)
10.45am and 1.00pm - Questions and closing remarks, followed by finger buffet lunch for the later morning group
