HubCap: An International Human Capital Library

With the launch of Accounting for People 2.0, we’ve been busy scouring the web for the best articles, essays and ideas on human resource accounting. So far, so good. Human resource accounting; human asset reporting; human capital reporting;  extended narrative reporting; intangible asset reporting; people reporting – you can pick your term.

You can also now pick your article from our dedicated Accounting for People bookshelf.

Nowhere on the web has there been a repository where all of – well, as much as we can find – the best articles by the best academics and professionals on human capital are brought together. That was always one of HubCap’s goals – that, and using our document viewer to open them up and make the ideas inside more social – and providing forums and groups to connect authors and readers - and publishing the choicest pieces in the Human Capital Handbook....

Well, now we’re really moving. Here’s a brief sample of what is rapidly becoming an international human capital library:
