You can also now pick your article from our dedicated Accounting for People bookshelf.
Nowhere on the web has there been a repository where all of – well, as much as we can find – the best articles by the best academics and professionals on human capital are brought together. That was always one of HubCap’s goals – that, and using our document viewer to open them up and make the ideas inside more social – and providing forums and groups to connect authors and readers - and publishing the choicest pieces in the Human Capital Handbook....
Well, now we’re really moving. Here’s a brief sample of what is rapidly becoming an international human capital library:
- Human Resource Accounting: Interests and Conflicts. Jens V. Frederiksen and Sven-Åge Westphalen (Denmark)
- Two Sides of the Same Coin: How do financial market players think about non-material resources, and why is it so difficult to communicate about them? Johan Henningsson, Ulf Johanson and Roland Almqvist (Sweden)
- What to do when people are your most important asset. Laurie Bassi (US)
- The Practice of Human Capital Reporting Among Australian Financial Institutions. Suresh Cuganesan, Tyrone Carlin & Nigel Finch (Australia)
Thanks to these and all those who’ve given us permission to put these up and share them with the HubCap community. More coming all the time.
